The competition is open to all teachers employed by a school that is registered in the U.K. and the Republic of Ireland excluding anyone who is directly linked to Velcro Ltd and its agents connected to the organisation of this competition.
The monthly competition will run from the first of the month until the last calendar day in that month. Over the period of 12months between 1st March 2010 and 28th February 2011. There shall be 12 monthly winners starting in March 2010 running until February 2011. No purchase is necessary to enter.
Entries will be selected from the highest rated entries for a period of a month, from those entries an independent judge who has professional teaching experience shall select the most original, inspirational and effective use of VELCRO® brand products in the classroom.
Each month 1 teacher will win free VELCRO® brand goody bag to the value of £50RRP. No cash alternative shall be available to the winners.
The annual competition will run from 1st March 2010 to 28th February 2011. There shall be 2 annual winners. No purchase is necessary to enter.
The 2 winners shall be selected at random from those ideas rated the highest over the 12 month period between 1st March 2010 and 28th February 2011.
There shall be 2 annual winners. No purchase is necessary to enter the annual competition. The 2 annual winners shall receive a £500 cheque made out to their school, to be spent any way which they like.
Entries will be accepted via our competition website www.velcro4schools.co.uk. Multiple of entries per teacher will be accepted.
Winners shall be notified within 14 days of selection and details of the winner and their idea shall be listed on the website.
Loyalty points are rewarded to teachers who sign up to the website www.velcro4schools.co.uk once 500 points have been reached the user shall be sent a free VELCRO® brand product of which no cash alternative shall be given.
Velcro Ltd. Will not use any names received as part of this promotion for any other purposes other than this competition unless otherwise requested. Entrants’ details will not be passed onto 3rd parties.
By entering the competition, all entrants’ are deemed to have accepted and be bound by its rules. All entries, including ideas, concepts and proposals contained therein, shall be property of Velcro Ltd. who reserves the right to use any idea as part of their ongoing communication program.
